An error occurred while saving the comment I considered this as a basic feature come along with the tagging feature - the capability to sort documents by tags in the reports. Or at least consider "tag" as an attribute in any "views" creation or folder creation.

An error occurred while saving the comment Totally agreed wit the author. The current automation for sorting documents in folders are tied to templates, which is hindering the usage of automation. While the team just started to use Pandadoc solution, I cannot build the automation because most of the documents are NOT created from templates, but mostly from pdf./docx. uploads.
We expect the automation to be more customisable and can have more attributes to determine the conditions, e.g. tags, document data points, etc. -

Approval flow is triggered based on conditional rules, e.g. when certain content in the template was edited , especially when the custom variables that are associated with pricing is changed or exceeding a value, e.g. the commission percentage defined in a clause is over X%.
Having conditional approval only applicable for pricing table or quotes is way too limited.
