Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

This is a follow-up regarding the volume of email notifications generated for each student registration packet document. At present, receiving up to ten separate emails for a single document is excessive and creates unnecessary disruption to our workflow.
To better support operational efficiency and reduce email fatigue, we are requesting a change to the notification settings. Specifically, we only need two email notifications per document: one when the document is first viewed and another upon completion. Additional emails beyond these two are not needed and should be eliminated.
We ask that this adjustment be implemented as soon as possible to ensure the notification process aligns more appropriately with the needs of your customers. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.
