Currently, PandaDoc Rooms are entirely outside the Webhooks event model - webhooks only fire on document-level events (status change, document sent). There is no way to programmatically receive Room lifecycle or engagement events (room created, room viewed, room activity/status change) via API or webhook.

This blocks customers from building their own integrations to sync Room activity into a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) as deal/opportunity events or properties. Today the only option is a fully manual workaround — creating a custom CRM field and updating it by hand each time a room is sent — which doesn't scale and captures none of the actual engagement data (views, opens, activity).

    Requested capability:

Add Room-related event types to the Webhooks event catalog (e.g., room_created, room_viewed, room_status_changed)
Alternatively/additionally, expose Room activity via a public API endpoint so customers can poll or sync it into third-party systems

Use case: Customer wants to measure how many CRM deals had a room sent, and track engagement, without manual data entry — enabling automated CRM sync (Zapier, native integration, or custom build) the same way document status changes can be synced today.

    Hi!

We would like to be able to modify currency values pulled from a CRM (HubSpot) into a template via variables, in particular ways.

    For example by removing decimals.
