SSO and SCIM using 2 different providers

We want to use SSO with Google and use our HR system to provision users using SCIM via Rippling (and leave SSO with Google).

I'm sure that multiple clients would use one platform (like Google or Microsoft) and a different platform like (Rippling or Okta) for SCIM.
