    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

    When the owner of a Room changes roles or leaves the company, effective management of that Room is lost. As a result, no one receives notifications about client activity, document uploads, or other important updates.

    Because these Rooms are shared with external clients, creating a new Room each time staff responsibilities change is not a practical solution. Ownership and notification management need to be transferable to ensure continuity and avoid disruptions to client service.

    This is a critical requirement for any long-term client collaboration platform. We were particularly surprised to find that ownership appears to be permanently tied to the original creator, who cannot even remove themselves from the Room.
