    This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

    I have been with Pandadoc for years, over the journey they have made so many changes to how the platform looks and the sending experience, change after change, which hasn't made it any easier for me or my team to use the platform. You would think they would focus on notifications and basic functionality first. This has now become a deal breaker for our team, if it isn't implemented by my next renewal, I'll be looking at other options.
