I think the in-person signing experience when there’s a payment involved is very consuming and requires more steps than really necessary.
If you try it out, you’ll see for yourself. The payment processors ask for way too many details and are not required on their own standalone apps. For example, on the Square app, all that is required is the credit card details. Using the Square on PandaDoc requires first name, last name, email, address, postal code, country, credit numbers.
It’s very time consuming and is not a seamless experience. Most times, the payment doesn’t even go through because a detail must be wrong with all the information given.
