  1. Send multiple docs in 1 email / Envelopes / API packages

    Client is interested in bulk sending multiple documents in 1 email...or the ability to direct a user to a list of document links for them to sign. Client currently send around 10 training documents to their employees as part of their onboarding. Multiple emails are confusing for them to manage and something always gets lost/missed.

  9. When transferring document ownership, it should stay in the folder it was originally in, instead of another folder being created.

    Currently, transferring ownership of documents held within folders produces a new folder.

    If two documents are transferred that are both within separate folders, then both produce their own folders. I'm submitting this request to call for better behavior with this-- either no folders being generated, or only one per user. i.e. if I transfer two documents within two folders that are owned by the same user, only one folder is generated with the title "Transferred from ____".

    I'm happy to announce that we've fixed the issue with files transfer ownership. 

    From now on, all files transferred to the new owner will stay in the same folder as  were originally.

    I'm happy to inform you that you can now adjust the signing order for sent documents without needing to edit and resend the document. This feature is applicable only to recipients who haven't yet received the document.

  12. List all the documents, which require only my signature (Precompleted documents)

    It will be very useful to have the ability to list all the documents which require only the document's owner signature to become completed. I think the best way to implement this functionality is to add a new document status - (WOFYS or whatever the best name will be) - Waiting only for your signature . For example, a document has 2 recipients - document's owner and a client. After the document has been sent, viewed and signed by the client - it should transfer to WOFYS status, but not stay in the Viewed like it is now ( 13…

  18. Upload a signed PDF instead of the original document at the point the status is changed manually

    Is there any way that if the other partner prints, signs and e-mails a PDF copy i store it as well? Is there an option to upload the pdf at that point I change the status to completed manually?

    When I change the status will I get an option to upload the pdf at that point. How is the PDF stored. Is the PDF then added as a downloadable attachment to the original unsigned document which then has a completed status?

    I'm glad to inform you that our dev and product teams released the feature for attachment to the documents completed manually and now the document you upload when manually changing the status is visible as an attachment to an email notification send to document recipients.   20. Remove: "Join panda doc today" notification for the signer after completing signing a document.

    I don't want my customers to see "Join panda doc today" after completing signing a document. There should be a feature to disable this notification
