Customer suggested that it is best if they have the option to retrieve a deleted file instead of contacting customer support.

Global recycle bin for items/contents that were deleted in the platform for easier access for accidentally deleted items.

Have a bin (folder for deleted docs) and private folder (where you can store your docs nobody has access to)
