  1. Zapier can be used to create a document and pre-populate it with token data (merge fields). It would be useful if (product) images could also be inserted this way (for example as base64). Currently I create documents via Zapier, and must manually insert the related images in PandaDoc.

  5. The possibility to dynamically populate content based on certain inputs from Salesforce (basically to choose one of several CLIs basing on the information put in Salesforce). For example, I choose Plan A in SF and automatically PandaDoc creates a document using CLI Plan A.

  15. One feature request we have is API update for things that can be done in the UI but not in the API. In particular, we need the reminders settings to be changed from API, we had the configuration to send reminders, then changed it as now we send them from our side, but we don't have an easy way to change it for all the documents that we have already sent. This is a particular case, but in general I see the API much more limited than the API and as we manage huge amount of documents, when we need…

  16. For the hubspot + panda integration, can we create workflows in hubspot based on actions taken in a panda document. For instance, with the analytics feature (page views, clicks, etc.), do you know if that can be reported back into hubspot to trigger another email? I wasn’t sure if that data was reported into hubspot as well or if that only lives in the Panda platform.

  17. Currently the owner of the incoming document is the one connected with Zapier. It would be powerful to allow Zapier to select which user the document will be assigned to in the case of sales representatives, etc. In a larger organization, it is unrealistic to have a designated Zapier connection for every representative. In Zapier, a lookup table would perform the user mapping, and could pass the email of the user in.

  19. In the assign people to roles screen and choose to Add new contact > click Show more field, the Job title field is not included. Client will have to go to PD contacts tab to add this details for the variable to work.
