  2. Sync fields only from Pandadoc to SFDC and not bidirectionally

    Is it possible to sync fields only from Pandadoc to SFDC and not bidirectionally? I'm asking because I want billing information to sync from Pandadoc once the contract has been signed only. In some cases the information in our CRM for billing is not always correct therefore we don't want to be sending out contracts with pre-filled information where the information is not correct. Let me know if it's possible.

    For now, you can only update the following product information if it was changed on HubSpot side: quantity, unit price, and unit discount, so it's expected that the description is not updated

  10. Populate the client engagement info from HubSpot

    we have a list of services that you can select (yes/no), we'd like to then pulled that Y/N information in to Panda docs to build out the contract. Pandadocs will need to use the yes/no field to build out the contract/proposal details.

  16. Link more than one document to opportunity while syncing product updates (2-way) from PD to Salesforce

    Client would like to have multiple quotes tie to Salesforce and if there are updates on products, for them to sync (2-way) from PD to SF and back to PD.

  17. POST Document status via Pandadoc API

    Simply want the ability to change the document status via pandadoc API. Obviously some status changes should not be allowed but the main one I am after is change status to 'document.declined'. This would be a good way to stop reminders going to the clients (at the moment I have to delete the document via the API) and have the pandadoc document status reflect it's actual status.
