I'm excited to share that we've made it easier to update recipient details and reassign fields to another signer—even after you've hit Send.
Here's how it works:
1. Open a sent document.
2. Navigate to the settings of a recipient who hasn’t signed the document yet.
3. Click the action button:
– "Edit personal details" to update any information related to this recipient (e.g. Email, First Name, Last Name).
– "Change signer" to reassign fields to another signer.
– "Remove from document" to remove a CC recipient. Actually, now you can add and remove CC recipients not only in a sent document but even in a completed one.
For more information please visit our Help center. We will soon release the ability to perform all the actions above via PandaDoc API.

We're glad to let you know that the feature is available within the system. You can make a subject line (title) for your saved message. Saved messages include email text and a title. The title becomes the subject line of the email. Please see this link for more information:

Client's receive notification like emails or text messages if there's a maintenance, outages or bugs.
The client wants to receive notifications some sort when there's a maintenance, bugs and outages.

Option for View list feature
- Will allow the user to be able to know who each document is waiting on in a list view without having to open each document.

Store Signature Image (jpg) for PandaDoc Account Owner
I need to use a signature jpg for signing documents and find it very inconvenient (and time-wasting) having to navigate my local drive to locate the signature image every time I need to execute an agreement. We don't like using the generic font signature as it looks unprofessional.
Why not include an option to store one signature image for every paying account holder that can be selected during the signing workflow? This would save a lot of time and frustration and the final executed agreements would look far more professional if more people leveraged this option.

After you upload your pre-defined signature, you can simply click on the signature field when signing a document and select “My Signature”. Signature classes or pattern recognition.
I have the same type of categories of people repeatedly signing extensive documents. If I could assign a category to signature boxes then I wouldn't have to individually assign each entry. I could assign each person signing to something like "client", "parent/guardian", "company representative", etc. That would allow my preset signature categories to assign each entry to the appropriate person.
