Hi there! Thank you for your feature request submitted to PandaDoc! We do appreciate it!
We're glad to let you know that the feature is available within the system. You can make a subject line (title) for your saved message. Saved messages include email text and a title. The title becomes the subject line of the email. Please see this link for more information:

Create email subject and email body within the document draft and proceed to work on the document, with the subject and email body saved
