    🎉 New Pipedrive Integration is Live!

    We’ve just rolled out the updated PandaDoc integration for Pipedrive!

    You’ll now see:

    • A brand-new UI directly inside Pipedrive
    • Support for CPQ
    • Powerful Sync Rules (e.g. Attach PDF, Update deal properties, Sync Line Items)

    If something doesn’t work right away:

    Please disconnect and reconnect the integration to refresh everything:

    1. In PandaDoc, disconnect Pipedrive
    2. In Pipedrive, uninstall the PandaDoc app
    3. Reinstall it for all users and re-authenticate

  4. When transferring document ownership, it should stay in the folder it was originally in, instead of another folder being created.

    Currently, transferring ownership of documents held within folders produces a new folder.

    If two documents are transferred that are both within separate folders, then both produce their own folders. I'm submitting this request to call for better behavior with this-- either no folders being generated, or only one per user. i.e. if I transfer two documents within two folders that are owned by the same user, only one folder is generated with the title "Transferred from ____".

    I'm happy to announce that we've fixed the issue with files transfer ownership. 

    From now on, all files transferred to the new owner will stay in the same folder as  were originally.

  5. CC recipients for forms

  6. Ability to Set variable/token type to currency

    When currency fields are passed into PandaDoc Variable/Token allow for variable to be set on the token level as a "Currency type" to format correctly.

  8. Recipient Groups on the template level

    Currently recipient groups are set on a document level and not a template level. Having them at a template level would lead to an expedited experience for end users who already know they need recipient groups before creating the document. Also would help in the sense that it could be utilized in bulk send.

  11. Partial signing order: select a signing order and have non-signing order recipients, who can sign without holding up the order list.

    Would like for there to be a capability to have a certain set of individuals in a signing order, but also be able to have recipients who are not listed on the signing order aka can sign without holding up the order list.

    I'm happy to inform you that you can now adjust the signing order for sent documents without needing to edit and resend the document. This feature is applicable only to recipients who haven't yet received the document.
