  2. Automations: Pipedrive attach PDF when document completed

    I would like to attach a PDF to the Pipedrive deal if the PandaDoc document status is changed to "completed." Currently PandadDoc only allows me to attach a PDF to a Pipedrive deal if the document status is changed to "sent." All other CRM automations have the option to choose between "sent" or "completed," so I'm not sure why Pipedrive doesn't have the same automation.

    You’ll now see:

    • A brand-new UI directly inside Pipedrive
    • Support for CPQ
    • Powerful Sync Rules (e.g. Attach PDF, Update deal properties, Sync Line Items)

    If something doesn’t work right away:

    Please disconnect and reconnect the integration to refresh everything:

    1. In PandaDoc, disconnect Pipedrive
    2. In Pipedrive, uninstall the PandaDoc app
    3. Reinstall it for all users and re-authenticate

  4. Pricing Table - Payments based on Milestones being met

    Create a pricing table where payments are based on milestones being completed. This will be useful for companies using PandaDoc that get paid in installments based on the stage of an engagement.

  5. Quote builder formatting (reorder product order in bundles)

    Ability to re-order product order in bundles (like exists at the Quote builder level). Needed to do Saas style pricing tiers.

  10. Allow multiple CRM (Hubspot) accounts to integrate to a single Enterprise Pandadoc Account.

    The premise is laid by your 'multiple workspace' feature. These workspaces have their own branding and identity. It just makes sense to allow multiple CRM accounts to connect to a single pandadoc account with multiple workspaces. Maybe limit the connections to 3.

    You can connect a different HubSpot account to each workspace on your account.

  12. Retain the date format when syncing from Salesforce. The date format we use is DD/MM/YYYY, but pandaDoc displays as YYYY/MM/DD

    Please kindly be advised that the feature to have a widescreen (16x9) view option to fill screen in presentation mode is already available within the system. Please see this link for more info.

    May be it would be useful to create a "packed product or service", composed by adding single products from the catalog ? And be able to adjust the variables of each item in pricing table.

  17. Ability to name Image Block

    I'm creating PandaDoc document via API, and I'm having trouble with the new template. Apparently V2 doesn't provide naming it's image block, that's why I'm having trouble surfacing the image cause I don't know which is which.

  18. Being able to have a template in landscape mode instead of Portrait
