    Please go back to the old interface and layout. The new interface and layout make's no sense. Trying to make it sleek and modern when there was nothing wrong with the old interface. Please go back and get rid of this new one. You also have to open the Template to create a document now, instead of being able to hover over the template and create a document.

  2. improve the email notification when a collaborator is invited.

    When a collaborator is invited, the email notification should display the name of the document they are invited to collaborate on, rather than showing the workspace name.

  3. Restrict access to the documents by using Grant access button

    The client's feedback:

    We’ve reviewed the setting you mentioned regarding access requests, and we understand that disabling it can prevent users from requesting access. However, this does not address the core issue we reported.

    To clarify again: when a user requests access to a document and we receive the email notification, simply clicking on the document link in the email (not the “Grant Access” button) automatically grants the requester guest access to our account. This is happening without any explicit approval or confirmation from our side.

  10. Set HubSpot property value based on selection in PandaDoc document

    In PandaDoc documents containing intelligent content, or more precisely when the user has to choose a content block from among those proposed, it would be very practical if a HubSpot property ("drop down menu" type) will be automatically filled in according to the content block chosen.
    For example: In the automatic renewal section of a contract (PandaDoc document), the user has to choose between 2 content blocks: "Contract with automatic renewal" and "Contract without automatic renewal". If the user chooses the "Contract with automatic renewal" block, then the HubSPot "Renewal" property will be set to "No".

  19. (On Quote Builder) Keep terms from being modified after edit

    Whenever you edit an item within a quote (via the elipses), it resets the Contract Term field back to unlimited. It would be great if that field remained set.
