I'm currently working as Director of Operations for a small business. We're at the point where we're scaling, and at the same time cleaning up / reworking our internal processes. We just got PandaDoc so that we could speed up our proposal creation process. However, one of the things we discovered during the PandaDoc onboarding process is that are current proposals are kind of all over the place---they are very long, contain a lot of unnecessary sections/content, are missing necessary sections/content, and overall need to be redesigned.
And this is what spawned this future service request. PandaDoc could be a one-stop-shop when it comes to proposals, with consultants and designers prepared to help small businesses like ours fix our sales and proposal process and build/design a new proposal in PandaDoc. This would probably require a discovery call and questionnaire to better understand our business and look at our current proposals and sales process, and consulting with an expert to help us outline a better proposal. Then, have a design team turn that outline into a template designed around our branding.
