Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

When signing contracts or company documents many companies require 2 signatories or a witness signature for the agreement to be binding. Almost always I won't know who the person's witness signatory (+ email) will be or the second director\ signatory (+email). It would be super useful if the recipient got a message saying "add second signatory details"
The other part to signing is knowing the capacity someone signs as - either as an individual or a corporate.
When you have to get a contract signed you have to find out who is signing before setting up the document. It would be great to be able to just set up the contract and the recipient, through a workflow process, signs the correct areas. See uploaded signing pages example).
Maybe it's a case of all signature areas get signature fields, text...allocated and the recipient can delete the fields that are not applicable???
