Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Great news! Most of the PandaDoc for Salesforce functionalities you asked for here have already been released or are in the roadmap.
Learn more about these recently released functionalities by clicking on the links below:
- Update Salesforce opportunity products whenever a document’s status is updated
- Update Opportunity Products when PandaDoc pricing table or quote builder is updated
- Update a document with field values from Salesforce after the document has been created
We have more planned for the coming quarters so stay tuned!

Agreed, we would like to be able to have a pricing table section be visible if there is live data from Salesforce, and to be invisible in the absence of relevant data for that section (i.e. no labour charges would not show a "Labour" section heading with no products and pricing, or a Discount section will appear when there is a corresponding product category sync'd from the Opportunity in Salesforce).
This would help automate the process of having a master template to cover all scenarios with minimal manual editing, purely by populating the products that are actively contained in the pricing table.
Does that make sense? I may have some of the wrong and would love to be corrected (wouldn't it be wonderful if this is possible, and I simply don't know!! ha ha!).
