Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we made some improvements to our product that may help you cover those scenarios namely:

    - You can use Conditional Content to pass images as variables. Please see more here.

    - Passing images is also available via Pricing table or Quote Builder. Check this link for more info.

If you need help with the set up, please feel free to reach out to our Support team for assistance!

We hope these releases can help you. If not, please keep upvoting this idea, so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

To update the currency in a PandaDoc document when it doesn't match the currency in HubSpot, follow these steps:

    1. Within HubSpot on the right, scroll down to the PandaDoc module. Click on Actions > Show PandaDoc tokens. Next, find [Deal.DealCurrencyCode] variable under the Deal tab and make sure the variable includes the currency code.
    2. Create a document from HubSpot or link the already created document to a HubSpot deal.
    3. Within the PandaDoc document, go to the Integrations panel by clicking the HubSpot icon on the right.
    4. Under Document Data, click Import from CRM.
    5. The currency will be updated in the pricing table or quote builder and reflected in the document value.

    More here.

    We hope…

Great news! We're updating our platform to let you easily format data passed from your CRM right in PandaDoc. We're now working on a UX that will allow data formatting and normalization right on the UI (in addition to standard hardcoded rules on the backend). Stay tuned for a smoother, more intuitive experience!

Thanks for your suggestions – they're helping us make our platform better for everyone.
