    Right now we maintain two separate, nearly duplicate versions of a template, one with a cosigner and one without.

    We're the same. We'd like to use this to dynamically add/hide pages from a collection of PDF documents. You can sort of do this today by adding a blank content page and then having the smart content on that page. If the smart content refers to a document, it will replace the blank page (good!), but if not, you'll have a blank page in your document (bad!)
