Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out about this and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we are planning on offering something similar to it in the near future. We can’t give you the exact timeline of when it will be ready, but we can tell you that it’s already in the works and we’ll have it available in one of our upcoming releases.

[WORKAROUND]
Hi all!
I’m happy to announce that you can now edit an approval workflow at the document level, whenever a document is in draft status. This change could help you in case an original approver is unavailable to perform the action (maybe they’re on vacation) and you need to change the approver without disrupting the approval process. Would like to set up approvals based off of what team someone is on as well as what variables are pulled from the CRM into a document. For example, if someone from the Sales team can/should be exempt from the approval process set up because they are a manager or leadership position.
