    we definately need the ability to customize both the followup message and the cadence at which these messages go out. I'm astonished this feature doesn't exist and considering changing platforms due to the amount of potential revenue lost by not having a robust followup sequence on the quotes that we send. What's the holdup on this, it's clearly an important feature for anyone looking to automate the followup on unsigned documents!!!

    This is such a simple feature... I'll probably switch to Sumo Quote unless we get rich text soon.
