    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

    Great news! We're updating our platform to let you easily format data passed from your CRM right in PandaDoc. We're now working on a UX that will allow data formatting and normalization right on the UI (in addition to standard hardcoded rules on the backend). Stay tuned for a smoother, more intuitive experience!

    Multi-selecting fields to move, assign or delete them is now available, while copying and pasting multiple fields is currently on early access - It will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter, via an alert inside PandaDoc, and here in our idea portal.


    Please note that a separate idea for bulk actions for BLOCKS has been created. Up-vote bulk actions for blocks here.

    We have forms with well over 100 fields and they are stacked, so it is a cumbersome effort with things that can be missed if we have to move all the fields around to change the font sizes (and some can be missed). Also placing them exactly is tedious. It would be great if you could multi-select and either change font size and/or align the selected fields.
