Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Some of our templates do not require any fields; they're just quotes that automatically go out for new clients. We learned very quickly that there's no way around the system being stuck in the "Viewed' status, preventing a PDF copy being sent. Being able to let our clients receive a PDF is critically important to us. We actually have to pay for a separate subscription with a different company just to have this feature, which is frustrating when it would be such a simple fix from PandaDoc.
