Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

I'm going to try to solve this using a webhook. I need the receiver link in Zoho to send it to the relevant customer.
It would be great if this were a standard feature in PandaDoc!

This is definitely a good optimization!
Because this isn't currently possible, I'm running out of fields in Zoho deals because I have to create an interim solution for PandaDoc to process the information. However, in Zoho, you want to maintain a user-friendly interface. In the short term, this even limits my ability to leverage other automation opportunities between PandaDoc and Zoho, which reduces my efficiency.

We wanted to share an update regarding the idea. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

Too bad this is not on the roadmap! It's also remarkable that this isn't being addressed by a top-5 CRM provider, which, to my knowledge, is even larger than HubSpot. This means additional steps during proposal creation, while PandaDoc emphasizes ease of use and time savings in its communications.
Two things would be very important to us:
1) Automatically saving the recipient link in Zoho. We don't send these via PandaDoc because Zoho offers more options for follow-up. We also prefer to work from a single environment.
2) Status updates of the documents in Zoho. This also allows for better follow-up.This means we are currently exploring options with webhooks or an API, but we expect a standard solution would offer us more opportunities to get even more value out of our PandaDoc license!
Perhaps you could reconsider this decision?
