We wanted to share an update regarding the idea. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

Too bad this is not on the roadmap! It's also remarkable that this isn't being addressed by a top-5 CRM provider, which, to my knowledge, is even larger than HubSpot. This means additional steps during proposal creation, while PandaDoc emphasizes ease of use and time savings in its communications.
Two things would be very important to us:
1) Automatically saving the recipient link in Zoho. We don't send these via PandaDoc because Zoho offers more options for follow-up. We also prefer to work from a single environment.
2) Status updates of the documents in Zoho. This also allows for better follow-up.This means we are currently exploring options with webhooks or an API, but we expect a standard solution would offer us more opportunities to get even more value out of our PandaDoc license!
Perhaps you could reconsider this decision?

Import info from PandaDoc to Zoho.

Zoho/PandaDoc integration is lacking two way sync to update fields in Zoho based on PandaDoc recipients completed information. Furthermore, the ability to automatically create an additional Contact in Zoho from a completed PandaDoc filed information.

attempting to automate the 2-way sync functionality with product data is not a possibility at the moment. Although the Zapier integration includes a mapping process that appears it would work, there is no true integration available with the product updates between Zoho and PandaDoc. For this to work, it would be an entirely new feature that would need to be created in collaboration with Zoho, and at this time that is not something that will be prioritized in the near future. We have existing workarounds to achieve the workflow with Zoho, but just can't do everything we had hoped to reduce some steps with the workflow we discussed between products in Zoho and PandaDoc.
