    Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

attempting to automate the 2-way sync functionality with product data is not a possibility at the moment. Although the Zapier integration includes a mapping process that appears it would work, there is no true integration available with the product updates between Zoho and PandaDoc. For this to work, it would be an entirely new feature that would need to be created in collaboration with Zoho, and at this time that is not something that will be prioritized in the near future. We have existing workarounds to achieve the workflow with Zoho, but just can't do everything we had hoped to reduce some steps with the workflow we discussed between products in Zoho and PandaDoc.

Hi there! We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Should you come across any other ideas that suit your business needs, don’t hesitate to give them an upvote!

We are specifically looking to have more flexibility with the recurring reminders “Repeat every week/every 3 days until completed or expired”. We have found that “every 3 days” is far too aggressive for recurring reminders and “every week” has also been more aggressive than we like. The engagement letters we are sending through often require thorough planning and thought on the client’s end, and so they require quite a bit of time to think it over and get in touch with others prior to committing to our services. With that, I guess there is no option at the moment outside “every week” or every “3 days”? If you could present this to the development team, that would be great as it would be very helpful for us. We are looking for an additional option of even 15 days between recurring reminders until the document is signed or expired.
