An error occurred while saving the comment Support HubDo commentedWe struggle to manage user licenses for over 300 users spread across many different workspaces. Today the only way is to "scrape" the browser view of "Admin Panel Users" and Admin Panel Invites", then parse that information to attribute users and guests to license consumption. We no means to periodically poll and detect when a new user is added. We tried triggering based on the "new user" email notification, but that only appears when the user accepts an invite to that workspace the first time. We need a organization wide API key, plus API calls to "list workspaces", "list users in the organization" "List Invites (if not included in List Users", and to traverse workspaces to then use the rest of the per-workspace API calls. I'd be happy to elaborate if it helps escalate this feature request, thanks Pete.

An error occurred while saving the comment Support HubDo commentedWe love the idea of smart conditional content, as we have hundreds of users who would benefit.
But since the rollout of EV2, most content library items are discrete pages instead of content blocks.
We cannot use the new conditional content features yet, becuase the placeholder is on page. We need the placeholder between pages. thank you :)Support HubDo supported this idea · -

Great news! We're updating our platform to let you easily format data passed from your CRM right in PandaDoc. We're now working on a UX that will allow data formatting and normalization right on the UI (in addition to standard hardcoded rules on the backend). Stay tuned for a smoother, more intuitive experience!
Thanks for your suggestions – they're helping us make our platform better for everyone.

I love that automations are coming within PandaDoc (currently closed beta https://support.pandadoc.com/hc/en-us/articles/6898766711831-Automations#h_01GHCSB8K0AA1YZ6RJCN2Y7X89) , but also want to see hooks within HubSpot workflows so that many other actions can be controlled within HubSpot workflows. The workflows have intelligence on contacts, company, deal and other Operations Hub actions.
