  2. POST Document status via Pandadoc API

    Simply want the ability to change the document status via pandadoc API. Obviously some status changes should not be allowed but the main one I am after is change status to 'document.declined'. This would be a good way to stop reminders going to the clients (at the moment I have to delete the document via the API) and have the pandadoc document status reflect it's actual status.

  8. Redlining - allow undo of setting revision as final

    Give the ability to unmark a revision as being final. On occasion things can change after a revision has been marked as final but there's currently no way of editing the document after this.

    Hi there, thank you for your feature request submitted to PandaDoc! We do appreciate it!

    We're excited to let you know that the feature is available with Content Placeholder via “add automatically” mode. This way, whenever you create a document from a Template, it always takes the latest version of a block from Content Library.

    Additionally, with the new product catalog, products in pricing tables and quotes will be updated in templates and Content Library Items as soon as you import the updated catalog with a CSV file as described here.

  10. Disable Download/Print PDF option for recipient

    Make unavailable the ability to download the pdf version of incomplete document for the recipient.

  11. discounted price per unit

    The option to show the discounted price per unit (not only the final one).

    Example: The price per unit is 790€ and I give my customer a 30% discount. Since the customer ordered 3 parts, Pandadoc will calculate the discount for the final amount but not for the price per unit.

  12. HubSpot refresh pricing table

    Once the Pandadoc document is already created and we have to update/modify pricing in Hubspot (for example apply a discount) the pricing table in the Pandadoc document does not get updated. We used the “refresh deal info” button (see the attachment #1) but it didn’t work.

  14. Manage Signing Order UX Improvement

    This is a very simple thing but when I want to reorder the Signing Order, I have to click to the left of the names to drag and change the order.

    A great improvement would be allowing the user to just click on the name and drag so I don't have to "click snipe"

  16. Display tax percentage in pricing table for 2.0 (like it worked for 1.0)

    Allow the ability to show the tax percentage and the tax amount like you were able to do in the 1.0 version of the pricing table. See the screenshots as an example

    Hi there! Great news! We've launched new page sizes for US Legal and A3. Want to update the page size within your document? Follow the steps below:

    1. Open the document editor
    2. Click "...." in the top right corner of the page which size you want to change
    3. Choose "Page properties" in the dropdown
    4. In the right menu find "LAYOUT" section and click on it
    5. Choose "Page size"

    The page size changes only for the page you select, so if you would like to change the page sizes for all pages - the steps above should be repeated. If you upload a file, the page size will be detected automatically.
