disable the 'copy link' option for certain users

AE shared a contract that requires 2 signatures via link. each signer has their own special link and if only one link is shared, then the second signer does not get the option/notification to sign. By locking down the "share via link" function, then the AE would send as an email through PD and all signers would get notifications for signature.
