    Hi there – I’m excited to share that updated reminders are now generally available. You can set up daily reminders, adjust reminders even after the document is sent, as well as send reminders via text (SMS).

    Greetings! We are grateful for your feature request that was sent to PandaDoc. We have great news – the feature you requested is available in the system. Commas are supported as dilimeters in PandaDoc Catalog if the profile language is set as non-English. To set it up, please go to Settings -> Personal info -> Interface language.     For now, you can only update the following product information if it was changed on HubSpot side: quantity, unit price, and unit discount, so it's expected that the description is not updated

    PandaDoc has a status page that provides updates when we have maintenance or outages. You can subscribe via text message, email, and Slack notification to get incident updates and maintenance status messages.
