  1. We get payments from our customers, that we can't record in PandaDoc, for example, email transfers and credit cards, we process manually.

    Please allow this option, as email transfers don't involve processing fees. Plus our Chase Paymentech fees are significantly lower than Stripe.

  2. Have checkbox option when selecting catalog items so that you can add more than one item at one time.

    It is possible to select several items when you are adding them from the catalog, for this please click on the items you need in the add from catalog window.

  5. The ability to remove the option. "sign in your chosen font".

    I need people to actually sign or upload a signature. A pretty font is not legal for our business.

  6. We wanted to “Update the Contact” after a client signed the doc, aiming to save the custom variables in the backend of PandaDoc. Checking the Data that PandaDoc pushes to Zapier, it does not push the contact ID and therefore an automation can't find the related contact to update it.

  9. Hi there, PandaDoc Team!

    Clint here, reaching out from Zapier Support. One or more of our mutual customers has requested a new feature in your app.

    Specifically, they'd like to be able to trigger on any template in a single source in the "Document Status Changed" trigger, rather than having to select a specific template. Right now, it seems like you can either trigger on all templates from any source, or a single template from a single source.

    It looks like this used to be possible:

  14. make some fields mandatory on the template without assigning it as a signature field for the document creator. Otherwise the document creator will need to review the document after sending it even though he is the document editor

    There is a way to make a field "Required" without assigning it to a role or recipient. Please see the file attached for more information.

  17. I need to use a signature jpg for signing documents and find it very inconvenient (and time-wasting) having to navigate my local drive to locate the signature image every time I need to execute an agreement. We don't like using the generic font signature as it looks unprofessional.

    Why not include an option to store one signature image for every paying account holder that can be selected during the signing workflow? This would save a lot of time and frustration and the final executed agreements would look far more professional if more people leveraged this option.

  18. I have the same type of categories of people repeatedly signing extensive documents. If I could assign a category to signature boxes then I wouldn't have to individually assign each entry. I could assign each person signing to something like "client", "parent/guardian", "company representative", etc. That would allow my preset signature categories to assign each entry to the appropriate person.

  19. It would be great if you could set your preferred date layout in settings. In countries other than USA, we use day first, then month. It's frustrating to have to change it manually every time, in every document.

    This option is available in Settings > Settings > Default date field format. Please note that this will affect only documents/templates/forms that are created after the change is applied.
