    Great news! We're updating our platform to let you easily format data passed from your CRM right in PandaDoc. We're now working on a UX that will allow data formatting and normalization right on the UI (in addition to standard hardcoded rules on the backend). Stay tuned for a smoother, more intuitive experience!

  2. Override Approval: vacation setting (Allow Admins to force approve or reject document approvals) [WORKAROUND PROVIDED]

    [WORKAROUND]

    Hi all! 

    I’m happy to announce that you can now edit an approval workflow at the document level, whenever a document is in draft status.     Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we made some improvements to our product that may help you cover those scenarios namely:

    We hope these releases can help you. If not, please keep upvoting this idea, so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  7. More connection between workspaces: Design options, themes, settings shared between workspaces

    • themes and fonts available and shared across all workspaces
    • swap users between workspaces (move user from one to another worskpace without deleting and re-add it in another workspace)
    • shared settings for all the workspaces to better manage the account

  11. Change reminders via API

    One feature request we have is API update for things that can be done in the UI but not in the API. In particular, we need the reminders settings to be changed from API, we had the configuration to send reminders, then changed it as now we send them from our side, but we don't have an easy way to change it for all the documents that we have already sent. This is a particular case, but in general I see the API much more limited than the API and as we manage huge amount of documents, when we need…

    Please note that a solution is available at the moment (for new documents) if you create a new custom data field for the document value. More about it here.

    We're currently working on the mechanism that maps the existing Document Value to the new Data fields so that legacy document values will appear in this type of search too. Stay tuned!
