Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

We use SmartForms frequently. The emails which go out - always have the template owners name. From a branding perspective, it would be better for someone to be able to preset the Name AND email address in certain use cases. For example: ABC Corp <DoNotReply@abc.com>.

Forms should operate the same way as Templates where the sender receives notifications. Or at least have the ability to update where submission notifications are sent. I don't want end users to have to create forms in order to use them, as marketing and branding should be in charge of ensuring the design and formatting looks good.

1. when the person that created and launched form is OOO or left the company, the notifications of completed docs still keep coming to the form owner. How do we change that?
2. when one person should have permission to create and launch forms and the other one should collect and track responses.

Important to keep the same link, but will be instances where we need to change the form owner.
