  2. Configure the PandaDoc integration in Zendesk to show only on user pages, not on ticket pages.
    • The current integration is designed to be available on both Ticket and User pages in Zendesk Support.

  8. At the moment only the first name, last name, email, company and phone of a contact could be pulled from Zendesk cell into PandaDoc (doesn't matter if a document is created from a deal or contact). It is possible to pull street, postal code and city only using the tokens from a gear icon when a document is created from a deal (for example, [Contact.City]). The feature request is to be able to pull those fields (city, postal code, street, etc.) for any contact

    Hi there,

    Thanks for sharing this idea. At the moment, this is not on our roadmap, mainly because the use case isn't fully clear to us yet.

    Currently, line items or products are pulled in and used as inputs for our quoting components — like the pricing table or quote builder. We're not planning any changes here for now.

    That said, if you have a specific scenario or workflow in mind, we’d really love to hear it! Feel free to reply here or drop me an email — happy to follow up and see if this is something we should explore further.
