  5. Search by Company

    Martin would like to be able to search in the global search tool by company and find which and how many documents have been sent to that organization. Perhaps this could be a part of advanced reporting.

  7. Add indicator for expiring soon documents

    I don't see the document that will expire soon, we have no indicator on the documents tab. Suggestion is to add this information and indicator to the document

    Request was added for Mobile app, but could be a common request.

  10. Products are passed from Hubspot to PandaDoc without the line item description

    The ability to set that the product description does not appear in the pricing table, although the description is stored in HubSpot

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the feature you requested is already available. 

    To achieve that, in the template pricing table, hide the Name column. Then, click on the plus sign on the right side of the pricing table and under "Add hidden", select the Name column, but not the Description column.

  12. Limit Salesforce Opportunity status trigger to specific templates

    PandaDoc's native trigger settings allow for any document on an opportunity to change the stage. Sometimes customers send multiple documents from an opportunity and need for only certain templates to trigger status changes.

  13. introduce a new endpoint to return a list of related Notary requests from the input of a PD document-id

    For Notary use cases, where the Notary sessions are created through a user interaction, but there are numerous API interactions after, the client cannot automatically capture (and/or related) the notary-request and document identifiers from the manual interactions. If the document-id was monitored through webhook notifications, getting an API list of Notary-requests associated with that PandaDoc document-id input would be advantageous, but no such endpoint exists.

    There is no way to trace out the relationships, which is critical for downstream automations.
