  5. Client's receive notification like emails or text messages if there's a maintenance, outages or bugs.

    PandaDoc has a status page that provides updates when we have maintenance or outages. You can subscribe via text message, email, and Slack notification to get incident updates and maintenance status messages.

  17. Populate the client engagement info from HubSpot

    we have a list of services that you can select (yes/no), we'd like to then pulled that Y/N information in to Panda docs to build out the contract. Pandadocs will need to use the yes/no field to build out the contract/proposal details.
