Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Unfortunately this feature does not exist natively, however there is a workaround to obtain the necessary download. Please submit a ticket to the Support Team to export all documents (or completed+paid) with the files uploaded into collect files field.

There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. Being able to modify the files in the collect file fields as attachments. so instead of clicking the fields to download the files. The uploaded files by the recipient on the completed document should be in an attachment format already.
