We send contracts to our customers for signing. The contract and pricing have a limited timeframe. Once the customer signs, we have two required internal signatories because of the regulatory requirements of our business. What we experience is that when a customer waits till the last days to sign, the contract expires before our internal signers can complete it.
This requires us to either resend to the customer to sign again or move the contracts to Docusign and complete in Docusign.
This change would provide a way for us to improve this.

There are good comments on this. I agree with the comment that the expiration date should only apply to external signers and not to internal signers.
We use PandaDocs to send contracts to our customers. We must limit the amount of time the customer has to sign. Once the customer signs, we require two internal signers because of the regulatory aspect of our business. We would like to not have an expiration on the internal signers.
Today, if a contract expires after the customer has signed but before our internal signatures, we move the contract to Docusign and complete the internal signatures. We don't want to ask the customer to sign again.
