I need the ability to add a smart block to the footer of documents, as I want to use the same document across multiple jurisdictions/offices. I dont want to have to create duplicates of the same document, just because the footer is different.

We should be able to see what emails have been sent out. At the moment there is no way to see what has been sent to someone/no audit of what was said.

This is needed asap. When creating and assigning recipients to documents, I need to ensure I select the correct recipient/contact. If these are grouped by internal staff vs clients or intermediaries it would help ensure incorrect recipients are not selected .

Need to be able to use operators such as "and" / "or" / "if" with smart condition conditional rules so that you can really make use of logic based content items being pulled into a document and the document is build even 'smarter'. It takes away too much of the thinking for users and enforced business rules, governance and control.

This is essential for efficiency where large volumes of documents are going through workflow.
I agree, it is critical to have the option to save/move documents to a specific folder (which may be on a case by case basis) either:-
1) When the template is selected and document is 'created'
2) Before the document is closed
This would help manage folders and documents and keep things tidy and place reliance on individuals to save their documents within there own folders, rather than relying on a central team to periodically tidy up folders and move documents to the correct folders.
