We should be able to see what emails have been sent out. At the moment there is no way to see what has been sent to someone/no audit of what was said.

have a "sent" box with all the optional messages we have sent with our documents. I am trying to go back and cite something I said to a client.
my boss told me it was very well written and exactly what we need to send out along with all of our proposals. I have no way of going back and citing that message and making it a template at this point.

It would be great to have the email from a sent PD document to appear in gmail sent items as if were sent natively from Gmail.

See the sender's email within the document sent to the recipient. Similar to the concept of viewing the recipient's email on the top right of the document.
