🎉 New Pipedrive Integration is Live!
We’ve just rolled out the updated PandaDoc integration for Pipedrive!
You’ll now see:
- A brand-new UI directly inside Pipedrive
- Support for CPQ
- Powerful Sync Rules (e.g. Attach PDF, Update deal properties, Sync Line Items)
If something doesn’t work right away:
Please disconnect and reconnect the integration to refresh everything:
- In PandaDoc, disconnect Pipedrive
- In Pipedrive, uninstall the PandaDoc app
- Reinstall it for all users and re-authenticate

This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

Hello PandaDoc team,
We rely heavily on the content library to build modular templates. A major limitation we face is the lack of support for conditional logic (e.g. checkboxes or dropdowns) within content library items.
Since our templates consist entirely of reusable blocks, we’re forced to manually reapply logic after inserting each one—this is inefficient and error-prone.
Supporting conditional logic directly in library items would greatly improve our workflow and enable truly scalable, dynamic documents.
