Hi there! Unfortunately we aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap. An error occurred while saving the comment Laci Wille commentedIf a client signs my contract and pays a large amount of money, and I am out in the field working. There is absolutely zero communication sent to this customer. It's uncomfortable for them and me. I am always getting texts saying I signed your contract and paid....now what. I really think it critical to have an autoresponder just like if you purchase anything online, you get some kind of Thank you, or confirmation or next steps sent to you...we should be able to have a custom autoresponder that is automatically sent to this customer by PandaDoc.

When someone signs and/or pays your contract. To automatically send them a Thank you or congratulations, Confirmation, or Next Steps, something you can customize to go out to your customer directly after they sign because I am not at my desk 24/7, and customers want reassurance that you received their signature and money. No different than when you buy something online, you get an email of that purchase. This is very crucial to all businesses. Communication is key to everything.
