   Yes!! This would be amazing. I have so many times started editing a template thinking I was on to the document already. It's so frustrating! There should be a lock feature and you can't edit a template unless you click on "Edit template".

   I'm excited to share that Linked Fields 🔗 functionality has reached the General Availability release and is now available on all plans with no additional costs.

   Linked Fields make it easier for your recipients to fill in required fields with repeated data. Once they enter the required information, they won’t need to re-enter it elsewhere — it will be replicated in all linked fields.

   To link a field, start by selecting it, then choose "Copy and link field" in the Properties section on the right panel or in the floating panel. The linked field will have the same settings and field assignment. You can drag and drop the copied field wherever you’d like. Alternatively, you can link fields by copy-pasting or entering a field ID value from one field to another.
