Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Customer regi.castaneda@govos.com from GovOs--they work exclusively with templates; when corrections need to be made to templates, they VERY much need that change to apply to that same template across all workspaces. Doing the update in every workspace is very time consuming.

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set since the inclusion of the address on the Signature Certificate is a fundamental aspect of the digital signature and serves as an essential part of the audit trail for e-signatures.
We fully recognize that this requirement may not align with your expectations, and we understand the importance of transparency and communication with our users. Our legal team has confirmed that this practice is in accordance with industry standards, and all e-signature providers display similar information on their certificates.

My customer has specifically asked for this option as well: I am looking for the functionality of recurring quarterly billing when writing contracts and sending them to clients. I only see 'Weekly, Monthly, and Annual' as options. Email from: joshm@wizehire.com

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Great news! Most of the PandaDoc for Salesforce functionalities you asked for here have already been released or are in the roadmap.Â

- Update Salesforce opportunity products whenever a document’s status is updated
- Update Opportunity Products when PandaDoc pricing table or quote builder is updated
- Update a document with field values from Salesforce after the document has been created
We have more planned for the coming quarters so stay tuned!

End users can not re-start a form if there’s an existing open document for that form. DocuSign HAS THIS ABILITY already---it forces some of our Forms users to leave us b/c it prevents charging for a Form that was never completed or users starting same Form over and over.

Customer L. Link from large non-profit has threatened full churn; once customers complete documents they often have to upload numerous requirements using Collect Files field; and when the document is complete it currently requires MANY different attachments to be opened one at a time to get the COMPLETE document. We need a way for them to see all of the attachments.

Account Owner very much needs to be able to do a document search across ALL workspaces at one time when searching for documents--she often spends large amounts of time looking for documents b/c she is not sure of the owner and the creator of the document could potentially be a part of multiple workspaces. mwillis@nkcac.org

Inability to lock document functionality for users has created major gaps in required workflow for customer already on Enterprise plan. Need ability to lock document functionality within Custom Role options. Customer found over 500 documents that were not logged correctly with their webhook due to the user changing the document title and completed documents are coming back with missing REQUIRED fields b/c user deleted those fields before sending.
