Hi,
Thank you so much for reaching out! This is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. We will definitely work on approval workflow improvements and the ability to edit the document while in the approval stage is one of the key things we are considering for delivery. I want this for the customer but also for me - our Contract Admin uploads everything that comes from other people in the organization and I am the sole signatory. All I see if "viewed" - I cannot tell if the client has executed the document.

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Good gravy - please add this! I cannot tell you the number of times I move from Template to Document and forget to add the workflow and once it is in document form, I can't add an approval workflow without changing it back to a Template. It's such a pain.

I really need a reminder setting for the Approval Flow. I had four documents out for approval. My CEO approved two. I really need the other two approved ASAP. Sending an email reminder or providing the link to her makes it much faster, especially if she only has her cell phone with her.
