Actually very important and along the same lines as the very requested "2FA". FoxIt eSigns allows that quite simply by requiring approvers to have a free account (which PandaDoc allows too...) along with a streamlined account creation. At the time of opening the document / signing the document, the account password is required (as is passcode / SMS code currently). Also, this goes a long way towards CFR 21 Part 11 which requires authentication at time of signing. Compliance with CFR 21 Part 11 is also a question in this "How can we improve PandaDoc?" section, and yes that is important too! Any company working in the medical field would feel more comfortable with that compliance established.
