Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we put forward the following solution, that may help you cover this scenario, namely:

Please contact our Support team if you need to delete tags. If you have a Member role we might request approval from an admin user on your account.

We hope this suggestion can help you. If not, please keep upvoting this idea, so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

My take on that suggestion relates to the fact that as an organisation, maybe 80% of the staff needs only to sign. They don't "need" an account for that, but that certainly would be extremely useful to:
    - evaluate and potentially manage the user base of the whole staff.
    - most importantly, allow those users to save their personal info as part of the organisation. Meaning that for example their manuscript signature does not need to be uploaded every time they are required to sign a document.
    - allow 2FA authentication easily (potential future feature); when asked for signing, they have an account and an associated password to authenticate themselves as part of the organisation.
    - as an organisation, ensure a certain uniformity in signature procedure / format. For example: "everyone needs to have a manuscript signature and are discouraged from using doodles that change every time they sign a new document"

As such, those users wouldn't be able to do anything with that license-free account, besides saving their personal info. But from an organisation standpoint that makes a lot of sense to have "everyone onboard". FoxIt eSign offers that, and possibly Adobe and DocuSign. It does give them a competitive advantage as far as I'm concerned.

Currently the only "workaround" I can see would be for 80% of our staff to use the "free account" scheme. But that would entail they are using their company email with individual free accounts, without actually being part of the PandaDoc company account. And even then, I'm not sure that would allow them to be "recognized" by the platform and allow them to use their saved manuscript signature on company-issued documents.

Plus, such a scheme would allow them to produce documents, which we would absolutely need to proscribe in terms of Quality Assurance, as it fails to produce a proper audit trail.

Simple, license-free accounts for authentication purposes within an organisation...

    Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Good news! We will be working on FDA CFR Part 11 compliance soon. It will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter, via an alert inside PandaDoc, and here in our Idea Portal, so stay tuned!

Actually very important and along the same lines as the very requested "2FA". FoxIt eSigns allows that quite simply by requiring approvers to have a free account (which PandaDoc allows too...) along with a streamlined account creation. At the time of opening the document / signing the document, the account password is required (as is passcode / SMS code currently). Also, this goes a long way towards CFR 21 Part 11 which requires authentication at time of signing. Compliance with CFR 21 Part 11 is also a question in this "How can we improve PandaDoc?" section, and yes that is important too! Any company working in the medical field would feel more comfortable with that compliance established.
