Hi,
This is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. Please feel free to upvote or leave your comment to let us know how and why this functionality is important for you. Hi!
We have made significant improvements in the docx import and export experience in 2021 and 2022, but aren't currently planning on additional features or improvements in this area since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

An error occurred while saving the comment At this time, some formatting may be lost when uploading docx files. For example, images may be lost, background images may be lost, text formatting may be lost, text may shift, etc.
An error occurred while saving the comment There are formatting changes in paragraph numbering, bullets, and sometimes graphics and images as well that are lost when uploading a docx file as editable in PandaDoc.

Hi all!
I’m happy to announce that you can now edit an approval workflow at the document level, whenever a document is in draft status. This change could help you in case an original approver is unavailable to perform the action (maybe they’re on vacation) and you need to change the approver without disrupting the approval process. To be more specific -- for someone who is not on the PandaDoc account and is not a recipient on the document. Right now, the document cannot be downloaded while in suggest edits mode -- until the suggested edits are taken care of.
