There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

An error occurred while saving the comment Create auto-signed for people within the company, so when the document is sent they don't have to sign the document again, only clients has to sign the proposal.

Hi all!
I’m happy to announce that you can now edit an approval workflow at the document level, whenever a document is in draft status. This change could help you in case an original approver is unavailable to perform the action (maybe they’re on vacation) and you need to change the approver without disrupting the approval process. An error occurred while saving the comment To be able to changed the status of a document that has an APPROVED status to COMPLETED even without sending it. The document just needs to be approved by the approver then change the document to completed.

Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. By combining two current features - "Enabling recipient options" and "Multiple Choice Selection" - you can customize your pricing tables in a way that makes certain items required for customers to select.
- Enabling Recipient Options: Go to the three-dot menu next to the product line in your quote and enable both the "Optional items" and "Quantity editing" toggles.
*Important: Make sure at least one field is assigned to the recipient to interact with the quote.
- Multiple-choice Section: Create a section in the pricing table by clicking '+ Section'.
Right-click the section header and go to 'Recipient options' > 'Enable multiple choice'

Option to remove the A before the $ symbol in my pricing table when the table currency is set to AUD. for example instead of (A$190.00), we can just have $190.00
